The building is heated with a solar hot water system. The solar heat
that is gained by day will be stored and used for the nights. Auxillairy
heating with a biomass fuel stove. |

During the day passive solar gain is used. All main offices
are on the south side of the building. Interior spaces are daylighted
with light tubes. |
