72 Sustainable houses in Boxtel
DuBo Demonstration Project
This housing project consists of 72 terraced houses. The project was nominated and chosen as one of the DuBo Demonstration projects by the Dutch Government. SEV and NOVEM are involved to evaluate the project. When construction of the houses is finished, visiting tours will be organised.

- water infiltration in the soil
- water conservation
- use of rainwater
- sustainable materials
- energy conservation (EPc = 1.0)
- solar hot water panels
- photo-voltaïc roofs
- conservatories
