12 Sustainable houses in
Dordrecht(NL)

The project consist of 12 sustainable houses. The public space between the houses is only accessible for pedestrians. At the west side of the project is a parking lot. At the east side is a small ditch along the railroad.
The base of the houses is brick. Elements like entrances and conservatories are attached. These elements are made of wood. Each house has his own solar collector for domestic hot water and a rain water cistern for use in the house.
