| The planning of this site is done by using the 'Maximum
Environment Method'. This means that for every environmental issue
like energy, traffic, water, landscape, soil, green, we looked for
the maximum potential solution. by integration of this potential solutions
we tried to find a optimum solution. In the plan you can find the old structure of the landscape pattern, you will find the green structures that existed before, the water structure, a new water cleaning sytem, short pedestrian paths, concentrations of traffic and parking lots, a minimised infrastructure and a high potential of solar energy. |
