255 CO2 neutral houses

| The project started as an international competition InSolPlan, that was won by BEAR Architecten in cooperation with Technisch Adviesbureau Crone and Bouwfonds Amersfoort. The purpose was to design 255 houses with the optimum CO2 neutral energy system for these houses. Selection was made upon the urban and architecture design and the energy concept for these houses. |

One of the design issues was to design
'modern' farms that meet the energy demands. The whole area is known
