The project consist of 20 apartments and 12 lake side-villas. The apartments has 5 'maisonnettes' on the water and entrance-level. The first, second and third floors are the apartments.
The maisonnettes have an entrance on the groundlevel. This entrance-floor
is also the bedroom floor. The livingroom is at the lower waterlevel.
A big terrace connects the living room with the water and the splendid
view on the lake.
The apartments have a large balcony and a south-west facing livingroom.
