'Lake side villas' Roosendaal
Lake view of the water villas
The project consist of 20 apartments and 12 lake side-villas.
The villas will be built in the slope of the site. Entrances and garages on the first floor of the houses can be reached by the connecting bridges. The living room is on the ground floor, near the water. The houses have big terraces just above the water level.
Because of the view, from the apartments, on top of the villas, we decided to cover the roofs with colorful plants. The color of the plants will change during the seasons.
