Apartments 't Zand Ridderkerk

In the original plan, two apartment buildings were designed. By combining both buildings to one long linear building, it was possible to follow the curve of the main road.
The north side is the entrance side. This is also the parking lot. The south side is facing the water front. The houses on the lower level have terraces in the water just above the water-level.
