The project was designed in cooperation with the future residents. This gave the home owners the opportunity to decide about the lay-out of their homes and the urban space around the houses.A feasibility study was done by BEAR Architecten and energy consultant Hans Crone (Technisch Adviesbureau Crone) to design the optimum CO2 neutral energy system for these houses.
